Shown below is our portfolio which contains just a small sample of some of our previous works and projects that we have undertaken over the years.

In these projects our architects have helped our clients to plan their house refurbishments, extension and/or the renovation to achieve their transformation that they sought to their homes.

INFILL SIDE EXTENSION & LOFT CONVERSION- BOUNDS GREEN- LONDON

This is a project was for an improvement on a terraced house where the owners wanted to gain some more family space.

We did a complete renovation of this beautiful terrace house.

Our idea consisted of presenting the client with the opportunity to upgrade the current Ground Floor area by adding a value extra space to fit the necessities of this young family.

Light and connection with the garden was a priority but also integrate the family and friends within this new and more fluid space.

We have studied very careful all the details for this internal layout and also the rest of the house as we have updated the function on the first floor and maximizing the loft conversion with a Master Bedroom, en-suite bathroom and generous storage area.

KITCHEN AND DINNING ROOM REFURBISHMENT-WOODFORD GREEN-LONDON

The idea behind this project was a radical change to the layout of the kitchen to maximise the space and comfort for the family whilst minimising expensive structural changes. The refurbishment change the layout of the kitchen, open a new door to link it with the garden and create a skylight to increase the natural light in the dinning area.

FULL RENOVATION AND MANAGEMENT-SOUTH WOODFORD-LONDON

This rental property need it some love, care and attention for a quick sale. We undertook therefore a refurbishment of the property to maximise the appeal with minimum costs.

This required major interventions to the kitchen, bathrooms and garden area which our team design and devered on a tight budget but always pririoritasing the details and finishes.

LOFT CONVERSION*- BROUXBOURNE

CA homes undertook the loft conversion on this beautiful property in Brouxbourne crating an old games room which was located in the attic and adding new side and rear dormers to create more light and space into the rooms. We carried out the design, planning approvals and supervised the construction of the project and upon the client request we carry out as well the interior design to create a room inspired in Japanese style.
